As director Michael Bay continue to make more Transformer movies, characters come and go, just as Mark Wahlberg took over when original lead Shia LaBeouf opted out of the movie franchise. Now, it’s Wahlberg’s turn to tap out.

“It’s the last one so I get my life back!” said Mark Wahlbergon “The Graham Norton Show” concerning his final appearance in a “Transformers” film.

Wahlberg adds that he had spent five months working out to get in condition to shoot “The Last Knight”, the latest Transformer movie in the franchise, and ended up getting a haircut he did not like.

“The long hair is the worst thing ever,” joked Wahlberg. “I look like my mum in the ’70s – it’s just really bad!”

Moving forward, a “Transformers” prequel is currently in the works, which stars everyone’s favorite yellow Camaro autobot, Bumblebee. CinemaBlend reports that Hailee Steinfeld of “Pitch Perfect 2” is being eyed as one of the new faces for this upcoming spinoff flick.

“Transformers: The Last Knight” will premiere in the Philippines on June 21. JB
