Nat Hunter and Josie Dye will be the new hosts of CHUM 104.5’s morning show.
The new duo will take over the weekday morning airwaves starting July 6, just a week after longtime host Marilyn Denis’ last show on June 26.
Denis announced her intention to step away from the morning drive-in slot in February after a 40 year stint with CHUM FM. The Edmonton-born broadcaster started with the station back in 1986 and became a familiar voice for the city.

Hunter, one of the new hosts, is a home-grown talent who was previously the co-host of MOVE 103.5 in Vancouver. She’s moved back to the city after a two decade stint on the west coast.
“It’s an incredible honour to follow the legend that is Marilyn Denis,” Hunter said in a statement.
Dye has appeared on the afternoon show on CHUM FM for a few years but has been in the radio business for more than 25. She created and hosted The Josie Dye Show on Indie88 and another nationally recognized show for 102.1.
