After almost two years of skipping its annual Filipino Food Festival, Diamond Hotel Philippines is back to offer the hidden flavors of the country's rich cuisine.

Partnering anew with Tatung Sarthou — award-winning celebrity chef, restaurateur, best-selling cookbook author, and YouTuber — the Filipino Food Festival will celebrate Philippine Independence and unity through curated culinary treasures.

“We thought of telling the story of the Philippines through food and since we're basically just opening up as a country, we thought why not take our diners through a trip across the Philippines without leaving their tables? That's why we did these series of signature dishes from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao,” Sarthou said the the festivals media preview.

From June 6 to 12, savor creatively prepared dishes by chef Sarthou starting with appetizers such as Pako Salad, Kinilaw na Tuna and Sinuglaw. For some warmth and comfort, try the soups Sinampalukang Manok, Papaitan Soup and Beef Hinalang. Main dishes that will surely satisfy include Pancit Pusit, Callos, Balbacua, Pinaggang and Beef Kulma. The carving section will highlight the popular Lechon Belly Roll and Roast Beef Adobo. To end the meal partake of Browa, Torta Bisaya, Leche Flan, Buco Pie, and more.
