The F2 Logistics completed the cast of the Premier Volleyball League’s maiden professional season in May.
The Cargo Movers on Thursday formally announced that it is leaving the Philippine Superliga (PSL) to move on and see action in the PVL, the country’s first-ever professional volleyball fixture.
“It is with grateful hearts that we thank Philippine Superliga (PSL) for being our home for the past 5 years,” said the team in a statement.
“We would not be here without you. It is also because of you that we announce that Premier Volleyball League will be the arena that we will continuously hone our skills and characters.”
The Cargo Movers will now join Cignal, PLDT, Sta. Lucia and Chery Tiggo as former PSL teams who recently jumped ship to the PVL.
Completing the 12-man league roster are Creamline, Petro Gazz, Banko Perlas, Bali Pure, Choco Mucho, Army and UAC.
The league is eyeing to open the season on 8 May at the Inspire Sports Academy in Calamba, Laguna under a bubble setup.
