FEU Law alumni group to stage charity run vs online child exploitation

MANILA, Philippines — To help spread awareness on Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC,) a fun run will be held later this year in Intramuros.

The Far Eastern University Law Alumni Association will conduct the run for a cause 2026 on May 1 in Intramuros, Manila.

According to the FEULAA, as posted on the Facebook page of International Justice Mission Philippines, the run will not only spread awareness on OSAEC, but also provide proceeds to victims.

“Calling all runners! This May 1, join us in running with purpose to spread awareness on OSAEC. Let us turn every kilometer into a movement for change!” it said.

“A portion of the proceeds will go to the Philippine Survivor Network, a national movement of survivors of sexual abuse and exploitation advocating for safer communities and a stronger justice system,” it added.

“Run for our children. Run for a cause.”

Runners could participate in 3K, 5K and 10K distances.

The deadline for registration is on March 31.
