Conceptualized with RS Francisco of Frontrow Philippines, Sleaze Ball promises a Halloween experience like no other.

Cebu’s spirit of resilience and celebration takes center stage this October 31 as NUSTAR Resort and Casino, in partnership with San Miguel Beer, presents its first-ever Halloween Beerfest: Booze & Boos — headlined by legendary Filipino rock band The Dawn and Cebu’s beloved homegrown group, Wonggoys and Powerspoonz.
