Man arrested for committing obscene acts in Pasay City hotel

A man allegedly under the influence of drugs was arrested after performing obscene acts in a hotel in Pasay City on Friday, July 12.

Pasay City police chief Col. Samuel Pabonita said the suspect, identified as alias Rodeo, was nabbed at around 4:00 a.m. at a hotel located at the corner of EDSA and Aurora Boulevard, Pasay City.

Pabonita said the suspect was arrested by village officials of Barangay 150, Pasay City.

He said hotel staff called for barangay assistance after their guests alias Ellen and husband saw the suspect naked and standing in front of their hotel room while performing lewd acts.

The city police chief said Ellen’s husband immediately called the hotel staff to ask for help as the suspect refused to leave.

Pabonita said barangay officials arrested the suspect upon their arrival and told him to get inside his room and put on his clothes.

He said police discovered inside the room of the suspect two syringes, each containing 0.35mL suspected liquid shabu, and another syringe with residue of the same substance.

The suspect was immediately turned over to the Pasay City Police headquarters after his arrest and was charged with acts of lasciviousness and possession of illegal drugs.
