This time she organized and hosted a welcome-cum-birthday celebration for visiting friends gorgeous Linda Velayo Fong from Hawaii and former Givenchy Model Tetta Agustin and French husband Christian Bavery from Paris at the Mody Private Room of the Canton Road restaurant of the Shangrila Hotel Fort.

Marielese chose a superb variety of Chinese specialties from the Peking Duck three ways and starters like different dimsum, other dishes like the soft shell crabs, Wasabi prawn balls which was very good, the popular sweet and sour pork and spareribs in salt and pepper. A birthday lunch will not be complete without the noodles and birthday cakes which was brought by friends to blow.

To end the sumptuous meal was the delicious Mango Sago for dessert. And if the food was not enough, guests were entertained by one man Violin show of Leo San Juan who played beautiful music while the guests were enjoying the food like Hi Society!, Monet Guevara, Consul Fortune Ledesma, Raquel Tioseco Sta. Ines, Mita Rufino, Tessie Amparo, Sonia Lopez, famous Interior Designer Cocoy Cordoba, Dolly Nolan Galang, Vicky Assad, Lita Bato, Dr. George Sarakinis, Chichi Laperal, and Tina Dacuycuy.
