MB Daily News Update: Gun ban imposed after slay try on Lanao del Sur gov

Not an inch.

That’s what President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. asserted is the amount of territory that the Philippines intends to surrender in the ongoing, raging dispute at the West Philippine Sea.

The Philippine National Police (PNP) swiftly decided on imposing a gun ban in two provinces and 63 barangays in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) in the aftermath of an ambush on Lanao del Sur Gov. Mamintal Adiong on Friday, Feb. 17.

With still a similar aircraft missing in the Sierra Madres mountains, another Cessna was reported missing on Saturday, Feb. 18, after taking off from an airport in Albay on its way to Manila. Four persons were on board.
