Filipino fashion designer Michael Cinco impressed the crowd as he presented his latest collection at the American Cathedral during Paris Fashion Week.
the puffed sleeve ensemble radiated a strong aura, with its aqua embellishments catching everyone’s eye.
The collection entitled “Impalpable Dream of a New Beginning” presented Cinco’s spring-summer couture 2022 line in a candy-colored palette.

Cinco’s inspiration was the butterfly and its metamorphosis, coming up with well-crafted,
“From the ordinary caterpillar to the exquisite winged creature of ephemeral beauty, it has become the metaphor for hope and change. It is an emblem of the soul; an allegory for reawakening and triumph of spirit,” the Dubai-based Filipino couturier said.
Cinco stunned the crowd with his butterfly-inspired collection. The pastel color palette made it look sweet and romantic yet elegant and dramatic.
Troy Anthony, a New York fashion designer, said, “Very beautiful in a sense that the collection complemented the cathedral. The models were like angels descending from the altar to the aisle.
Color-rich and very elaborate.” He added that he would love to collaborate with Cinco, given the opportunity.
