MANILA, Philippines — The food hall of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 is welcoming flyers and their loved ones once more.
The renovation of the 6,000 square-meter Mezzanine Food Hall is part of changes under the New NAIA Infra Corporation, which took over airport operations in September last year.
"Your pre-flight food trip just got a whole lot better," the airport teased on social media.
The first batch of establishments open on the second level are Kenny Rogers, Seattle's Best Coffee, LA Chicks, Paris Baguette, KFC, Chili's, Nanyang, BreadTalk and JCO Reserve.
Opening by next month are Mary Grace, Banapple, Watami, Pancake House, Angel's Pizza, Modern Shang, Popeye's, Chowking, Mama Lou's, Marugame Udon and UCC, with Estrel's and Sans Rival putting up kiosks.
New NAIA Infra Corp. is eyeing an all-Filipino Food Hall on the first level before 2025 ends and a Food Village on Level 3 opening by 2026, both featuring homegrown brands and regional specialties.
Similar renovations are expected to follow in NAIA Terminals 1 and 2.
