Open-ear audio perfected

Undoubtedly, we live in a complex world. With so many things to do and to take care of, we definitely do not need those that would complicate our lives even more. That is why when it comes to listening to music on my own, I prefer those that offer more freedom – more freedom to move around that is. Gone are the days that we get tangled and restricted because of cumbersome cables. When it comes to freedom of movement, nothing beats a true wireless stereo earbuds. But mind you, not all TWS are created equal. Here is my take on two of the audio devices by Anker – the Soundcore AeroFit and V30i.

Light and trendy, the Anker Soundcore AeroFit and Soundcore V30i offer a fresh take on earbuds. Designed to keep you connected to your music while staying aware of your surroundings, these open-ear earbuds leave the ear canal partially open allowing ambient sound to pass through for a safer, more enjoyable listening experience. This is particularly ideal when you are jogging outdoors, or walking on busy streets. And when you are using public transport, you can still hear important announcements and next stops without having to remove them.

Both earbuds are compact and lightweight that you sometimes forget that you are wearing them! They are non-obtrusive as well. Each has flexible ear hooks that help keep the earphones securely in place preventing them from falling off. Physical activities like running, jumping, gym workouts, etc won’t be a problem. In addition, the flexible ear hooks contour to the shape of the ears. This provides comfort even on extended use.

Speaking of extended use, both devices can last for hours. The AeroFit offers 42 hours of battery life with the charging case while the V30i can last up to 36 hours with the charging case. Both Anker Soundcore earbuds support fast charging.

Dynamic drivers of each are impressive as well. Dynamic drivers convert electrical signals into sound waves. This determines the audio quality. The Soundcore AeroFit sports a 14mm driver that is commonly seen in earbuds. It produces good and adequate sound quality. The Soundcore V30i, on the other hand, features a 14.2mm driver equipped with Soundcore Bass Technology producing deep powerful bass, clear audio and a full-bodied sound experience.
