And yet, the Integrated Bar of the Philippines recognized him with the “Golden Pillar of Law Award.”
Duterte is the president behind the war on drugs, the Davao Death Squad, red-tagging, and the anti-terror law. And yet, he’s a “pillar of law” awardee? Is he deserving?
