The City of Manila on Thursday announced it 14, 112 individuals have completed their second doses of coronavirus disease vaccines since the local government rolled out its mass vaccination program.
This was announced by Mayor Franciso “Isko Moreno” Domagoso which he followed with a call for those who have completed their two doses not to behave as if they are already immune and to continue practicing the same kind of minimum health protocols before they had their first dose.
Domagoso also expressed pride at the speed and efficiency with which the city’s vaccination program is being implemented led by Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna and the Manila Health Department noting that the Lacuna herself conducts the ‘home service’ inoculation of those who are bedridden and physically-challenged.
He then urged the around 400 individuals who have yet to get their second dose of Covid-19 jabs to find time and complete their inoculation.
