PH hasn’t heard the last from the Aquinos — at least not from Kris

For those who think the Aquinos — one of the most prominent political families in the land — have gone AWOL on the inauguration of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., think again.

A day before the big day, showbiz celebrity Kris Aquino — the youngest daughter and sister of late presidents Cory and Noynoy Aquino — gave the first update of her condition since leaving the country weeks ago.

The erstwhile “Queen of All Media,” who is currently in Texas, USA receiving medical treatment for a life threatening auto-immune disease — shared clips a video montage undergoing repeated procedures.

According to her, there were treatments that worked, while some failed leaving her with “unbelievable body pain” despite given “baby dose(s).”

On the brighter side, she shared she has been cleared for any type of cancer while her kidney and liver still have normal function.

Meanwhile in the same post — an open letter to her brother “Noy” in heaven — she revealed she and her sons tested positive for Covid-19 one after another.

She ended by saying, “Please know that I remain THANKFUL for all the concern and prayers you have sent our way BUT during very difficult times, I want to just keep the suffering to myself with only family and trusted friends kept informed on a 'need to know basis' because everyone else is also going through their own personal trials.”
