Lady boss Pinky Tobiano has always been grateful of God’s blessings. The entrepreneur and proud mother of two took it upon herself to give back to the needy in every way she can.
Along with showbiz and non-showbiz friends, Tobiano led the Care and Share Program, a relief effort to help the communities in Rizal, Cagayan and Marikina severely affected by typhoon “Ulysses.” A total of 7,000 families were aided.
In addition, Tobiano announced that she will be giving out 10 college scholarships as well as Sari-Jeepney stores and starter packages for budding entrepreneurs to help them at this difficult time.
In her relief operations, Tobiano was usually accompanied by singer Yeng Constantino and, in some cases, Ruffa Gutierrez and KC Concepcion.
Constantino is Tobiano’s co-host in her show, Grateful Tuesdays.
Grateful Tuesdays premiered 22 September. It marked Tobiano’s comeback on Cornerstone Entertainment’s online television (CSTV). The show is now on its second season.
Its comeback episode, aired 24 November, highlighted Tobiano’s said relief efforts.
“With all the blessings given to me, I even became a cancer survivor, I want to be able to tell our creator when I meet him that I have lived my life to the fullest.
I’m hoping we could be magnet for miracles,” Tobiano said in Filipino during the show’s video conference with the media earlier this week.
