Last July, “Black Widow” star Scarlett Johansson sued Disney over an alleged breach of contract when it offered the film in their streaming service Disney+ while it was still showing in cinemas.
Reports say both parties have finally reached an agreement.
“We appreciate her contributions to the Marvel Cinematic Universe and look forward to working together on a number of upcoming projects, including Disney’s Tower of Terror,” Disney Studios chairman Alan Bergman said in a statement.
Now that cinemas are reopening, Disney with co-giant Warner Bros. have chosen a dual-release strategy for their major films.
