THE Script guitarist Mark Sheehan died on Friday after a “brief illness”, the band announced.
He was 46 years old.

“Much loved husband, father, brother, band mate and friend Mark Sheehan passed away today in hospital after a brief illness. The family and group ask fans to respect their privacy at this tragic time,” the band wrote in their social media platforms.
The Dublin-based band, known for their hits The Man who Cannot Be Moved and Hall of Fame, performed in the Philippines last September 2022.
