PHNOM PENH, Cambodia: Nine days before her 17th birthday, Filipino weightlifter Angel Colonia got herself a gift in a form of a silver medal in the 32nd Southeast Asian Games at the National Olympic Stadium on Saturday, May 13.
Competing in the women's 45 kg class, Colonia raised a total of 148 kg to finish second to Myanmar's Zin May Oo who totalled 164 kg.
Colonia's best lift in snatch was 68kg and best in clean and jerk was 80kg.
