(UPDATE) CHOI Min-ho, more popularly known as Minho, held his first meet and greet with his fans in Manila on Saturday night, a day after he arrived in the Philippines.

He performed singles from his latest solo album “Chase” and chatted and played games with some lucky fans.

It's not Minho's first time in the country, however, as SHINee last performed in Manila for the Global Peace Concert One K in 2017.

After debuting with SHINee in 2008, Minho has also created a stellar career as an actor, with the likes of the K-Drama series “Hwarang: The Poet Warrior Youth” and the movie “Canola” under his name.

His Asian tour dubbed “2023 Best Choi's Minho Lucky Choi's” kicked off in Manila and will be followed by fan meets in Taiwan on January 29, Hong Kong on February 5 and Japan on March 18 and 19.

The Philippines has been a favorite destination for South Korean singers and actors, with actors Ji Chang Wook, Kim Seon Ho and Kim Soo-hyun visiting in November and January. In addition, boyband Seventeen held their “Be the Sun” concert at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan last December.
