New mandala on organic tea packaging

Farmers’ Produce, SM Supermall’s highly successful organic market caravan, will be back at The Podium and SM Aura Premier this June and July to offer fresh produce and a farm-to-table experience for mallgoers.

A joint project of SM Supermalls, the Department of Agriculture (DA) and Resto PH, an association of restaurants in the Philippines, Farmers’ Produce will offer fresh and affordable fruits, vegetables and various food products such as rice and honey from local farmers, as well as delicious takeout meals from OK Café, Gourmet Café, Moloko Handcrafted Cookies, Vikings, Pizza Express, Scouts Honor and Oh My Greek, to name a few.

“We are excited to once again give shoppers access to products fresh from farms from various parts of the Philippines, while helping support local farmers who need all the help they can get amidst this pandemic. With our tie-up with Resto PH, mallgoers will also have the rare chance to savor dishes prepared by partner restaurants using ingredients sourced directly from the farmers,” said SM Supermalls president Steven Tan.

To highlight the positive properties of organic tea, English Tea Shop introduces a serene mandala on its new packaging. This showcases how everything in the world of organic is wondrously connected on the virtuous circle of support to its tea-loving community or Prajāva. The new look also emphasizes the organic label of the teas, as the company firmly believes in the concept of sustainable farming and how using organic leaves helps bring better wellness benefits for its customers.

English Tea Shop is a favorite among true tea enthusiasts for its perfect blends of organic and sustainably sourced ingredients that come together to produce sensational brews. The brand offers a virtuous TLC or Tea Loving Care to the environment, the farmers and their customers who enjoy sipping on their refreshing and robust or soothing selections as a welcome break from the pressures of the day.

A geometric figure representing the universe in Hindu and Buddhist symbolism also means circle in ancient Sanskrit language. To English Tea Shop, the mandala represents the virtuous support system the brand aims to build between small businesses, society and the environment at large, which is at the heart of everything they do.

English Tea Shop is a multi-awarded brand with a wide array of all-organic teas, from well-loved everyday teas such as Chamomile, Perfect Peppermint and English Breakfast to the super-tea combinations such as Turmeric Ginger Lemongrass. It also has the Wellness Me range, which helps alleviate our mind, body and soul, with variants such as Slim Me and Sleepy Me.

Make time for tea time by indulging in a soothing cup of your favorite tea blends today. English Tea Shop is represented in the Philippines by Clever Cats International Company, with their teas exclusively available at Robinsons Supermarket, The Marketplace and Shopwise stores nationwide.
