The event aimed to raise awareness about menstruation and challenge societal norms, encouraging women to embrace their periods and not suffer from them as many do. It also provided valuable education on proper feminine care hygiene and made menstrual health products easily accessible to those who need them.

One of the event's highlights was a thought-provoking talk by OB-Gyne doctor Mitch Dado. She addressed various essential aspects of menstruation that women commonly face, such as dealing with a foul odor, dysmenorrhea, and vaginal infections. Her discussion emphasized that these issues are entirely typical and valid.

An invigorating rhythm boxing session was also included to add an element of physical activity and empowerment. Participants discovered how the product helped them feel confident and unrestricted while pursuing their goals and passions, even during their periods.

Attendees were strong, empowered women who shared a common mindset and a goal of normalizing conversations about menstruation. Together, they demonstrated the power of solidarity and support.

GynePro, an OB Gyne-recommended feminine wash, was an integral part of the event. This product is designed to meet the needs of every woman, enabling them to pursue their respective endeavors even during their most challenging days.
