NEW YORK — Shares of Tesla sank nearly 15 percent Thursday after results from Elon Musk's electric vehicle company missed analyst expectations amid questions over huge capital spending plans.
Tesla was joined in the Wall Street doghouse by Google parent Alphabet, which dropped nearly seven percent as the tech giant also faced scrutiny over the payoff from huge artificial intelligence investments.
