MANILA, Philippines — Philippine lifestyle hospitality brand The Lind Hotels is expanding beyond its Boracay property with two upcoming projects in the country.
The Lind Boracay located on the island's Station 1 White Beach earned a name for itself as the first Michelin Guide-listed hotel in Boracay.
The independent Filipino brand is now shifting into a multi-island portfolio with a Coron property opening next year and a project in Siargao currently in development.
The two locations, both regarded as popular tourist spots, were selected for their long-term potential and limited high-end competition.
The Lind Coron will have a more personalized, villa-led experience, set on a peninsula offering a sense of seclusion while remaining connected to the mainland.

It is designed to be different from the Boracay property where the energy is driven by lifestyle, with features that include multiple restaurants, a dive center, and a broader mix of recreational and wellness facilities.
A similar strategic approach will be applied to The Lind Siargao during its development as the brand attempts to establish an early foothold with few comparable properties currently operating on the island.
"We chose to remain independent because it allows us to move quickly, adapt, and build something that truly reflects who we are," said chief operating officer Pierre Henrichs. "We are not trying to grow everywhere at once. We want to do it properly, step by step."
"We've built something in Boracay that people connect with. As we expand into Coron and Siargao, the priority is to keep that same spirit — independent, adaptable, and always shaped around the guest," Henrichs said.
