War Child’s sold-out 25th-anniversary gala, “The World That’s Possible,” held at the Four Seasons on Dec. 4, raised more than $1.19 million for children and families who live with war. Hosted by Sangita Patel, the event celebrated author Margaret Atwood, media executive Denise Donlon and philanthropist Stephen Smith. Blue Rodeo’s Jim Cuddy and Greg Keelor performed and were joined on stage by War Child Ambassador Chantal Kreviazuk and guests Kim Stockwood and Damhnait Doyle.
