Thinking of replacing an old luggage soon? Instead of throwing it away, why not consider trading it in?

Luggage brand Samsonite is currently offering its first ever Luggage Trade-in promo in the Philippines, in support of the World Wide Fund for Nature.

Not only will customers get to help the environment by saving a luggage from landfill, they will also get huge discount on their next luggage.

Trade-in any brand or any size of pre-loved luggage at select Samsonite stores and get up to 35-percent off on the brand's popular models, Niar and Oc2Lite models.

Niar is Samsonite's unique take on contemporary urban mobility. The dedicated line of spinner suitcases has a minimalistic style and boasts of convenient features such as double wheels, integrated carry handles, a dual-tube trolley puller, compression straps, TSA combination lock, and an expander, the Niar is a truly convenient and solid travel companion. Niar is available in three different sizes – 57cm, 66cm, and 78cm. Graphite and Silver colors.

Oc2Lite, meanwhile, is a lightweight piece with reinforced shell to bring extra strength and maneuverability. The added anti-theft zips and TSA lock also allow greater peace of mind while traveling keeping the belongings secure. With every trade-in purchase, Samsonite will donate ₱100 to WWF-Philippines.

As for the traded pre-loved luggages, Samsonite is partnering with Davao-based recycling company Envirotech to turn the luggages to school chairs. Students from Labo Elementary School in Marinduque will benefit from the initiative.

Those who want to participate may bring their luggages to Samsonite retail outlets located in following locations: Greenbelt 5, Glorietta 3, Central Square Mall, Podium, Shangri-La Plaza, Trinoma, SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall, SM North Edsa, SM Southmall, Robinsons Magnolia, Paseo de Sta Rosa, Outlets at Lipa, SM Clark.

They may also go to the department stores of SM Makati, SM Megamall, SM Mall of Asia, SM North Edsa, SM Aura, Rustan's Makati, Rustan's Shangri-La, Rustan's Alabang, Rustan's Gateway, Rustan's Cebu, Robinsons Ermita, Landmark Trinoma.
