Wolfgang’s Steakhouse launches exclusive grill offerings

World-renowned restaurant Wolfgang's Steakhouse introduces a new grill concept that will swoon tastebuds with exclusive grill menu offerings only available at the newly-opened branch in at City of Dreams in Parañaque City.

“We've come a long way. The first restaurant that we opened up here in the Philippines was in 2016 and we are happy to be part of City of Dreams as this is number four of our restaurants in the country. We are planning to open up more locations and even different cities,” Peter Zwiener, Wolfgang's Steakhouse President and Co-Founder said during the opening.

Boasting an intimate and cozy atmosphere with dark wooden interiors and an old-world charm, the 350sqm steakhouse welcomes guests to a culinary experience unlike any other. Wolfgang's Steakhouse City of Dreams is the first location in the Philippines with a grill concept. New savory delights have been added to the menu, which diners can order from brunch to late night.

“Here with the grill, we're going to be able to introduce more dishes from different parts of the cow. We're going to be introducing flank and strip steak. We're also going to be able to prepare the dishes in different ways so they don't affect the original soul of what Wolfgang's Steakhouse is. Here, it gives us an opportunity to introduce more value-driven plates,” Zwiener shared.

Paired with a glass of beer or any cocktail of choice, the new offerings offer an elevated comfort food experience, such as Grilled Barbecue Short Ribs, Dry-Aged Brisket Pastrami, Beef Tartar, and Grilled Lemon Caper Chicken.

The gastronomic adventure continues with a tasty bite of fall-off-the-bone Grilled Baby Back Ribs and a mouthful of Wolfgang's Steakhouse Tomahawk Steak. New salad options–the Classic Wedge Salad and Burrata Salad–complete the dining experience, adding crisp, tanginess, and other satisfying notes that embrace diners' palates.

Also a first at Wolfgang's Steakhouse City of Dreams, the bar dons a granite table top with dark and thematic grooves fitting the masculine ambiance the brand has long been known for. Meanwhile, iconic store features like the intimate whisky lounge and impressive wine cellar remain present in the newest location.

Wolfgang's Steakhouse is officially marking its 32nd location worldwide. Amidst expansions, the famed restaurant continues to deliver dishes with consistent flavors, textures, and aroma all around the world.

In fact, their melt-in-your-mouth steaks are a product of heart-quality work — using only dry-aged USDA Prime Black Angus beef shipped directly (chilled) from the United States and delivered to Wolfgang's Steakhouse restaurants. The same level of consistency and passionate work dwell among the team behind Wolfgang's Steakhouse City of Dreams—partners in continuing the legacy of its founder, Wolfgang Zwiener.

“Now because we're so big, we have a purveyor in the United States that provides all the beef. He is the one that knows what type of beef that we need. It has to be prime, it has to be black angus, it has to be fresh when it comes to the countries we're in,” Peter Zwiener explained.

In addition to menu exclusives, Wolfgang's Steakhouse also offers classic side offerings, small bites, and appetizers within its core menu.

Wolfgang's Steakhouse at City of Dreams, is open daily from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m.
