SAN JUAN CITY's tennis tandem and elementary students Rai Arriola and Matthias Go clinched the gold medal in the finals of the ongoing National Capital Region (NCR) Meet at the Marikina City Sports Complex on Friday.
Arriola, son of Lifestyle and Entertainment Editor Tessa Mauricio-Arriola, and Go of Xavier School beat Ateneo Grade School's Vinny Bangco and Inaki Carbonell with the final score of 8-2.
As a result of the win, Arriola and Go wll represent NCR at the Palarong Pambansa in July.
