Among the designers was Ezra Santos, a Filipino talent based in the United Arab Emirates and a prominent figure in Middle Eastern fashion. Santos, known for dressing Arab and European royalties, as well as Bollywood and Hollywood celebrities such as Lady Gaga and Britney Spears, recently wowed audiences with his successful fashion show in Dubai, titled “It's All In A Day.”

For “Marry Me at Marriott,” Santos reunited with his close friend, Val Taguba, who has earned acclaim for his romantic silhouettes and Swarovski-encrusted creations, making him a respected name in Philippine bridal couture.

The fashion show also celebrated the coexistence of classic and contemporary styles through the designs of Jaggy Glarino and Rhett Eala. Glarino, renowned for his whimsical avant-garde creations, pushes the boundaries of traditional beauty and challenges conventional standards. His eccentric designs have graced runways worldwide, dressing notable figures like actor Inigo Pascual and Japanese influencer Fumiya Sankai.

Meanwhile, Eala is credited for rejuvenating the brand Collezione, making it a popular choice for men's and women's tees and polo shirts. Eala's innovative approach, including the iconic embroidered “map” shirt, has gained him recognition and success. He is still an enduring favorite among brides for their special day, giving Eala the reputation as one of the country's most versatile designers to date.

The show likewise highlighted the harmonious collaboration between mentor Albert Andrada and protégé Jezelle Amorado. Andrada, known for his exquisite couture gowns, combines elegance and modernity in his designs. His creations have graced runways in Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, and New York, with his iconic blue sapphire gown famously worn by Miss Universe 2015, Pia Wurtzbach. Amorado, who started her career in diplomacy, pursued her passion for fashion and joined Albert Andrada Luxewear. She now runs her own atelier, Jezelle HauteAmorado, focusing on delivering exceptional craftsmanship.

In addition to the six designers, the event featured seven event stylists who transformed the grand ballroom into a captivating venue for weddings and special milestones, dubbed “Marriott Moments: A-fair Pre-show.”

This parallel exhibit deliciously declared that no celebration is complete without a sumptuous feast, thanks to the culinary arts team led by Executive Chef Meik “The Big Chef” Brammer from Marriott Hotel Manila. Chef Brammer emphasized that regardless of which Marriott property guests visit or choose for their celebrations, they can expect to be treated like winners.

“With a commitment to excellence and passion for creating memorable dishes for all occasions, Marriott hotels strive to provide an unforgettable experience,” said the man.

The culinary team further delighted guests with their dessert garden, offering delectable treats such as Strawberry Fields, Chocolate Davao, London Fog, Burnt Basque Cheesecake and Churros de Davao.

For an extravagant touch, the culinary team also prepared nine towering cakes displayed to amaze fair-goers. The Grand Marriott Moments Cake even held special prizes for the first 300 guests, including exclusive food and beverage vouchers, room vouchers from various Marriott properties, and special gift items from partners.

These bridal and event partners played a significant role in making the annual gathering timeless and memorable, contributing to the overall winning moments of the show. There is, therefore, no doubt that the award-winning campaign, Marriott Moments, returned with a larger and brighter presence this year, guided by the theme “Paving the way to more winning moments.”

Presented by the renowned Marriott Bonvoy, the largest global travel and lifestyle program, the brand aims to offer more and connect members to experiences they love.
