Police Capt. Lalaine Lagoting, head of Police Station 10, said construction started in March 2020 but was delayed due to the pandemic and was only completed this year.

Lagoting said that in the new building, policemen now have their respective offices, a parking space, and a roof deck with a beautiful view of Mount Kanlaon.

If the owner allows, Lagoting said that she will use their former station in Barangay Handumanan as a sub-station for policemen assigned to emergency response.

The BCPO’s two other standard PNP buildings are Police Station 5 in Barangay Granada and Police Station 7 in Barangay Mansilingan.
