Canada’s Walk of Fame inducts Avril Lavigne, Tantoo Cardinal, others

The Metro Toronto Convention Centre hosted the 2023 Canada’s Walk of Fame ceremony on Dec. 2.

On Saturday, Dec. 2, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre became the site of a night of notables, as more than 1,400 attendees gathered at to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Canada’s Walk of Fame. The event, co-hosted by Drew and Jonathan Scott of “The Property Brothers” — along with a 2022 inductee, singer Deborah Cox — brought together a who’s who of celebrities, past honorees, business leaders, media personalities, and other prominent Canadians. “The 25th Canada’s Walk of Fame Awards Celebration” broadcast airs tonight at 7 p.m. on CTV.
