The popular South Korean food chain, bb.q Chicken, opened their second restaurant in Robinsons Magnolia in Quezon City and many have already experienced the unique taste which was developed by Genesis BBQ's Chicken University.

The “bb.q” stands for “Best of the Best Quality”, a result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from their very own Chicken University.

The team at bb.q established Chicken University in Seoul back in 1995. The chicken is cooked in the traditional method — hand brushed, hand battered, and fried at lower temperatures for longer periods of time. This process creates and coates the chicken with a crispy texture. The brand's signature sauces are also offered to provide an experience of enjoying fried chicken like you've never tried before.

Former Ilocos Sur Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson's LCS group and his daughter Richelle Singson-Michael, together with Genesis BBQ Group brought the crispy chicken treat to Manila.
