Giving was on the menu as UHN Foundation’s 19th annual Grand Cru Culinary Wine Festival united wine from international vintners with a live auction at Casa Loma and 14 private dinners across the city. Sponsored by Grand Touring Automobiles, Miele and Halpern Enterprises, the two-day event, featuring such world-renowned chefs as Daniel Boulud, Sash Simpson and Eron Novalski, raised more than $5 million for medical research. Over the years, Grand Cru has taken in some $132 million for innovation and research at University Health Network.
