The team announced on Friday Quezada's signing on their website.

“The 26-year-old has been a key figure for the Philippines in recent years, helping them win the AFF Women's Championship, reach the semi-finals of the AFC Asian Cup in 2022 and then qualify for the FIFA Women's World Cup for the first time in the nation's history,” the Glory announced.

Quezada said she had been following the team that made a “great run in the league”.

“I'm very excited to be joining Perth Glory this season,” she said. “For this upcoming season, I'm hoping the team will grow into a strong unit and be constantly gunning for that number one spot. Personally, I want to continue learning, improving my technical skills and trying to be a leader within the team in any form that I can. I'm looking forward to joining the team and fighting for the championship!”

Glory women's coach Alex Epakis will also be reuniting with Quezada, as they worked together with the Philippine national team.

“She is a senior member within the Philippines Women's national team and has a strong level of versatility to her game across multiple attacking positions,” Epakis said. “I have been conscious of the style of play we want to have this season and having various attacking threats and types of players is an important part of that vision. Quinley will provide us with different attacking qualities and will certainly build a great combination with our other players in attack.”

Coincidentally, former Filipinas head coach Alen Stajcic was named to the Perth Glory men's squad after their stint at the FIFA Women's World Cup.
