CAMP PRESIDENT QUIRINO, Bantay, Ilocos Sur – A 65-year-old fisherman was gunned down in Sitio Ermita East, Barangay San Sebastian, San Vicente, this province, on Thursday, December 28.

Police identified the victim as Ciriaco Realon of Barangay San Sebastian.
Investigation said Realon was driving his motorcycle when two unidentified men onboard a motorcycle appeared and fired at him.
Realon died on the spot from multiple bullet wounds.
Lawmen recovered five empty caliber .45 shells in the crime scene.
Follow-up investigation is ongoing.
