House Deputy Speaker and Cebu 5th district Rep. Vincent Franco “Duke” Frasco celebrated his 42nd birthday last Oct. 27.
His birthday gift came in the form of his beautiful wife, Department of Tourism (DOT) Secretary Christina Frasco, and four equally beautiful kids. No gift-wrapping needed!
“To my dearest wife, Christina, thank you for your love. I’m so blessed to have you in my life, you and our kids are the best birthday gift I get every year. ❤️,” Rep. Frasco wrote in a Facebook post Sunday, Oct. 30.
“Family is what it’s all about! Thank you, Sr. Santo Niño for the gift of life and family. 🙏🏼,” he added.
Rep. Frasco is a former mayor of Liloan, Cebu.
