Full cast reveal for ‘Hamilton’ Manila

Shortly after the Tony, Grammy, Olivier and Pulitzer Prize-winning production of “Hamilton” announced that Filipina Rachel Go is joining the show's international tour, the cast that will debut in Manila and move on to Abu Dhabi and other major cities is officially complete.

The company will be led by Jason Arrow as Alexander Hamilton, DeAundre' Woods as Aaron Burr, Akina Edmonds as Angelica Schuyler, Darnell Abraham as George Washington, David Park as Marquis de Lafayette/Thomas Jefferson, Shaka Bagadu Cook as Hercules Mulligan/James Madison, Jacob Guzman as John Laurens/Philip Hamilton, Elandrah Eramiha as Peggy Schuyler/Maria Reynolds, and Brent Hill as King George.

Go, who originally portrayed Eliza Hamilton in London's West End, will return to her home country to reprise the role.

The international tour company comprises 34 performers and includes talents from various global productions, such as Broadway, the North American Tours, London, Australia and Germany.

“Hamilton” producer Jeffery Seller expressed excitement about the opportunity for the musical to reach new audiences worldwide and for them to witness the exceptional talents of this inspiring cast.

Meanwhile, Michael Cassel, the producer of the international tour, emphasized that they have assembled an extraordinary cast of superstars from productions all over the world for “Hamilton's” first-ever international tour.

The tour will commence at The Theatre at Solaire on September 17, with the Middle Eastern premiere at Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi, on January 17. Additional cities will be announced in the upcoming months.

Due to popular demand, new seats have been released for the Manila season, and tickets continue to be available at www.ticketworld.com.ph.

Hamilton played for the very first time on Broadway in August 2015 and has since received widespread acclaim after conquering major musical theater stages worldwide.
