His approval ratings in the Visayas jumped from 60 percent in the previous survey to 71 percent.

Vice President Sara Duterte maintained her 67 percent approval rating from the previous quarter nationwide except in North-Central Luzon where she dropped by nine percentage points in North Central Luzon, from 70 percent in the previous quarter to 61 percent.

Senate President Juan Miguel Zubiri's approval ratings hardly changed — from 47 percent in the previous quarter to 48 percent.

More respondents, on the other hand, dislike Speaker Martin Romualdez, according to the survey, registering a four-percent increase from 15 percent to 19 percent although his approval rating at 42 percent is still higher.

The increase in his disapproval rating was in North-Central Luzon, from 11 percent to 18 percent, but was tempered by an increase in his approval rating in the Visayas, from 41 percent to 51 percent.

Approval ratings for both Marcos and Duterte remained stable across every segment, except among non-Catholics, where Marcos' rating dropped from 69 percent to 60 percent, and Duterte's from 73 percent to 66 percent.

Marcos and Duterte's trust ratings remained steady, except in North-Central Luzon where a drop was recorded for the President and vice president at 54 percent and 61 percent respectively.

Respondents from 18 to 24 years old expressed lower trust levels for both Marcos and Duterte, with the President's trust rating reverting to 2022 levels at 45 percent, and Duterte at 47 percent, considered the lowest in four quarters.

The survey of 1,500 Filipino voters from across the country was conducted online from June 8 to 12, 2023.

The respondents were drawn from the market research panel of 200,000 Filipinos maintained by PureSpectrum, a US-based panel marketplace with a multinational presence.
