“With her wealth of experience, I’m confident that Police Col. Santos will carry on the legacy of excellence,” said Villaflor.
“I urge the community to continue their support, as the collaborative effort between law enforcement and the public is integral in creating a safe and secure environment for all,” added Villaflor.
Santos replaced Police Col. Richard Baluis.
Villaflor lauded Baluis for his service. “His dedication has significantly contributed to the region’s safety and security,” said Villaflor.
