Over 3K pass social workers licensure exam

THE Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 3,878 out of 6,833 examinees or 56.75 percent passed the September 2023 Social Workers Licensure Examination.

Patricia Marie Regalado Imperial from University of the Philippines-Diliman ranked first with an 88.60 percent rating.

Caraga State University-Butuan City, Leyte Normal University, University of the Philippines-Diliman and the Southern Christian College were named the top performing schools, with 100 percent passing rate.

Below are the top 10:

1. Patricia Marie Regalado Imperial, University of the Philippines-Diliman, 88.60 percent;

2. Queenie Anne Cabalfin Umadhay, University of the Philippines-Diliman, 87.20 percent;

3. Darlaine Joy Datulio Labandero, University of Mindanao-Davao City, 87 percent;

4. Maria Theresa Dacanay Lucas, University of the Philippines-Diliman, 86.60 percent;

5. Jingga Roa Asupan, Leyte Normal University, 86.20 percent;

6. Kynzyl Gail Endoy Sacatani, University of Mindanao-Davao City, 86 percent;

Desiree Lucero Torres, Southern Philippines Agriculture, Business, Marine and Aquatic School of Technology, 86 percent;

7. Kyle Joshua Roz Coles, Caraga State University-Butuan City, 85.80 percent;

8. Joselle Granada Salas, University of Mindanao- Davao City, 85.60 percent;

9. Joairiya Cosain Sarip, Mindanao State University- Marawi City, 85.40 percent;

Jean Marie Arcillo Tumulak, University of Cebu, 85.40 percent;

Dezemiel Macapugas Villanueva, Leyte Normal University, 85.40 percent;

10. Nico Jan Dayanan Bautista, University of Mindanao- Davao City, 85.20 percent;

Ameraazria Balindong Hadji Nasser, Mindanao State University-Marawi City, 85.20 percent;

Art John Maslog Masinadiong, University of Mindanao-Davao City, 85. 20 percent;

The exam was conducted in local testing centers in the National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Kidapawan, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga.

PRC announced that the registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line from October 25 to 27 and October 30 and 31, 2023.
