MOST parts of Luzon including Metro Manila will have clear skies on Sunday but Visayas and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers because of the southwest monsoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.
“Good news because we have not monitored any weather disturbance in the next three to five days,” weather specialist Daniel James Villamil said.
“It is the southwest monsoon that is continuously affecting most parts of the country as it is expected to even intensify in the coming days wherein bigger areas will be affected,” he added.
