THERE will be fair weather all over the country this weekend although there will be chances of isolated rain showers and downpours, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Saturday.
Pagasa weather specialist Aldczar Aurelio reported that the low pressure area (LPA) being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) has totally dissipated at about 2 a.m. on Saturday, and has no direct effect on the country.
He added that aside from the northeasterly surface windflow, which currently prevails in Northern Luzon (Cagayan, Abra, Apayao and Isabela), no weather disturbance is affecting the country.
