This summer, subdued prints and relaxed silhouettes for all

Taal Volcano made a four-minute steam-driven eruption on Wednesday morning, then it was gone, making way for a bright summer day. Fluttering birds and a cool breeze signaled the beginning of the Marks & Spencer summer fashion show, held as scheduled right on Taal Lake.

The effortless elegance we all love about the London brand gets a boost of fun for summer. Cooling linens, breathable cotton pieces, and figure-flattering swimwear feel new again with looser yet tailored shapes, modern cuts, and sophisticated prints. Perfect both for an exotic holiday or work on a Casual Friday.

For women, groovy patterns and feminine shapes

Marks & Spencer is a go-to for women who love functional yet flattering swimwear, and this collection delivers that same supportive technology, this time in modern cuts in '70s patterns and statement solids that look great on their own or styled with the rest of the collection.

The wavy print gets a modern upgrade in subdued hues. Showing up in classic silhouettes, a square-neck one-piece (made in Quick Dry fabric, it can fashionably double as a bodysuit) and a romantic off-shoulder dress feels more carefree. Meanwhile, solids in black and blue turn up the heat with strategic cutouts.

Cover-ups are breezy and flowing. Marks & Spencer’s beloved linen line now comes in coordinated sets, perfect for mixing and matching even when you’re out and about in the city. Summer dresses are back, and so are maxi skirts. Subdued botanical prints add visual texture to every piece. Styling with scarves, a chunky leather belt, or a structured woven back adds structure and a touch of sophistication.

Marks & Spencer launched their newest collection for men and women in Nuuk Taal.

For men, botanical meets nautical

Men know they can rely on Marks & Spencer for their smart-casual take on classic pieces. For summer, menswear is still preppy but with a laid-back vibe. Think botanical and sailing motifs, just in time for your next holiday.

Hand-painted prints feature prominently throughout the collection, from button-downs to Quick Dry swim shorts. Button-through knits, revere jersey polos, and coordinated sets keep you warm through cool summer nights. And when it’s time to get out of the swim shorts, capri pants are back, but looser with tailored waistbands this time around for a flattering fit.

Cotton-rich bucket hats come in vibrant colors while “fanny packs” get a stylish upgrade as minimalist belt bags to hold your essentials.
